Jerry D. Semler is chairman emeritus of the board of OneAmerica Financial Partners, and leads the OneAmerica Foundation. Among the many civic groups and boards on which he serves are the 500 Festival Foundation, Marian College, the Alpha Tau Omega Foundation, the Indianapolis Museum of Art, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, the Purdue University President's Council, and the IUPUI Management Council.

Mr. P. Douglas Wilson
P. Douglas Wilson is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Hillenbrand Inc. in Batesville, Indiana. He is also the founder and Chairman of Cricket Knoll Equity, a multi-disciplinary thought studio. Prior to his current positions, Mr. Wilson was vice president, Worldwide Merger Integration for Boston Scientific Corporation. He was named to this role upon the close of the merger of Guidant Corporation and Boston Scientific. He served twenty years in senior executive positions at Eli Lilly. In addition, he chairs the Center for Executive Leadership based in Beijing.

Paul M. Brooks, as Co-founder and Managing Director of The Helixx Group, provides direction to Helixx in shaping the development of its intellectual property work, consulting methodologies, and philanthropic strategies.
The Helixx Group provides agent services for business and idea entrepreneurs. Current areas of concentration include: media, the sciences, financial services and philanthropy. The Helixx Personal Performance System that Paul helped to develop assists entrepreneurs in maximizing their opportunity to create new value, to live meaningfully, and to have a positive and transformational impact in their spheres of impact.
Paul is widely recognized as a visionary entrepreneur, speaker, and writer in the financial and nonprofit communities. His innovative ideas and business pursuits have expanded industry capacity in the space where philanthropic and financial services overlap, enabling thousands of donors as well as non-profit and financial services organizations to achieve more with their civic capital. His multimedia series, The Economic Citizen (with Dan Sullivan), has helped shape the thinking of many advisors in the financial and philanthropic services arena. This reflects his driving motivation: helping business leaders to transform their communities.

Jean Wojtowicz is President of Cambridge Capital Management Corp., which is a manager of non-traditional sources of capital for businesses. She serves on the corporate boards of Vectren Corporation, First Merchants Bank, First Internet Bank and OneAmerica Funds. Among the nonprofit board on which she serves are Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana, the Indiana State Chamber of Commerce; the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and the Venture Club of Indiana.

Dr. Leslie Lenkowsky is the Director of Graduate Programs for Philanthropic Studies at the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI); and Professor of Public Affairs and Philanthropic Studies in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. From 2001-2004 he was as chief executive officer of the Corporation for National and Community Service, which engages more than a million Americans of all ages in local communities through AmeriCorps, Learn and Serve America, and the National Senior Service Corps. For seven years he was president of the Hudson Institute.

James T. Morris is President of Pacers Sports and Entertainment. From 2002-2007 he was Executive Director of the United Nations' World Food Programme, the world's largest food aid organization. His previous public service includes heading up the Lilly Endowment and the Indianapolis Water Company. He is a Professor of Philanthropy and Public Administration at Indiana University, and co-chair of the Alliance to End Hunger.

Alex is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cripe Architects + Engineers, a consulting firm working in the areas of architecture, civil engineering, transportation engineering, geographic information systems, land surveying, land planning and construction administration. Among the boards on which he serves are Artistic Media Partners; Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce; IU Center for Real Estate Studies; and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Indianapolis.

Beverley Pitts is President of the University of Indianapolis, an institution with 4,500 students (including a branch campus in Athens) and doctoral programs in occupational therapy, physical therapy, and clinical psychology. Before joining the University of Indianapolis in 2005, she was Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Ball State University.

Stephen A. Stitle is regional president/Indiana for PNC Financial Services Group. He served in many executive positions in 25 years at Eli Lilly, where he was vice president when he retired in 1995. He serves on the boards of directors for the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, Center for Leadership Development, Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, Indiana University Foundation, St. Vincent's Heart Center of Indiana, Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, Pacers Foundation, Inc., United States Auto Club, and Simon Youth Foundation.

Jay Hein is President of the Sagamore Institute for Policy Research, an Indianapolis-based think tank that he helped found in 2004. He was Deputy Assistant to the President and director of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives from August 2006-August 2008. Hein is also Distinguished Senior Fellow at Baylor University's Institute for the Study of Religion. Earlier in his career, Hein was a welfare reform policy advisor to Governor Tommy Thompson of Wisconsin from 1994 to 1997 and director of civil society programs at the Hudson Institute from 1997 to 2004. He was also chief executive officer from 2002-2006 of the Foundation for American Renewal, a charity founded by former Sen. Daniel Coats that provides grants and other support to community-based nonprofits. Hein began his career in Illinois government and he received his Bachelors of Arts degree from Eureka College, where he was an inaugural member of the Ronald Reagan Fellowships.
