Since 2008, Sagamore has served as the think tank advisor to ODF and two other leading corporate citizen engines: the US Chamber of Commerce Business Civic Leadership Center and the SCORE Foundation. Every year, Sagamore joins these groups at a “Weekend in Boca” Raton, Florida—an event that draws leaders from all across the nation and all across the civil society sector. Weekend in Boca delves into such key topics as recruiting, utilizing, retaining and celebrating volunteers. The fifth annual Weekend in Boca will take place in February 2012.

Weekend in Boca has expanded to a series of nationwide"Conversations on Community Renewal," which highlight various American cities and their efforts to revitalize their communities.
