Hein Vs. Freedom From Religion Foundation

In the 2007 Hein v. Freedom From Religion Foundation, the Supreme Court limited the power of federal courts to enforce the Establishment Clause's restrictions on government funding of religion (from The Pew Forum. You can read more about the orginial case here). 

In June 2008, The Pew Forum held an event to discuss the effects of this court decision and the impact it has had on Church-State Litigation. You can listen to and read more about the event on the Pew Forum website.
