National Policy

If a new idea works in Indiana, perhaps it will also work in Illinois or Texas. Or perhaps even in Africa. Sagamore believes that homegrown solutions to stubborn societal problems should be shared. We also recogize the value in reverse traffic: national policies and best practices have potential impact locally. We seek to learn the local implications of these policies to determine which ones work and which ones don't.

Through a distributed network of scholars, Sagamore influences the national policy debate through cutting-edge research on vital reforms in fiscal policy, foreign aid, national security, energy policy, and welfare reform. Read more about our efforts below.
