Jason A. Riley
Jason A. Riley’s career has been a blend of IT and HR experiences, global in nature, which have enabled him to connect solutions with enterprise challenges. His journey has included Eli Lilly & Company where he developed IT integration capabilities, core leadership skills, and strategic HR capabilities – Hillenbrand, Inc. where he would lead global talent development, employee relations, and talent acquisition, and finally Allegion where he is their HR Vice President & Global Talent Leader. Jason’s primary objective is to guide his team through the successful development and execution of the enterprise’s global talent strategy.
Jason earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Ball State University in 2002 where he was a Graduate of the Last Decade nominee, and BACS Outstanding Achievement award winner. Jason has also been recognized as one of Indiana’s top 40 business professionals under 40 years of age by the Indianapolis Business Journal - (class of 2015).
