Jim Funk

Senior Fellow

Jim Funk is a thought leader and recognized expert with over 30 years of experience in leadership development. In his own consulting practice, J L Funk & Associates, he has designed and delivered leadership development programs and coached senior leaders and teams across the U.S. to strengthen and transform them to be at their best and achieve superior results. Recently his firm joined in partnership with Consulus and he has been named Global Head of Leadership Transformation for Consulus. With this appointment, Jim will oversee the Consulus leadership initiatives in 14 countries. Jim aims to help leaders, teams and organizations prepare themselves for the challenges and opportunities brought about by what the World Economic Forum calls the fourth industrial revolution.

 As a Senior Fellow for Sagamore Institute, Jim is the influencer, promoter, and thought leader for Sagamore’s Global Leaders for Unity Fund, He helps advance the program and its partnerships and supporters by gathering thought leaders, presenting lectures and workshops, and educating others on global leadership transformation principles. Jim has his master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis and is a graduate of certificate programs in Organizational Development, Leadership Formation, and Human Resources. Jim has served on several non-profit boards and continues to volunteer for various service agencies. He and his wife, Trish, reside in Indianapolis, Indiana, and have four grown children and five grandchildren.
